My name is Bobby Hook and I am the owner of Hook-Tech. I have been working in the IT industry for over 25 years and I have gained extensive business knowledge through designing, developing, implementing and supporting many applications for various industries.
Since 2006 I have been focusing on ERP applications and I work heavily with SQL Server for business intelligence reporting and analysis. I was formerly employed by Epicor as the North American Customer Support Manager for the BisTrack suite of applications.
In my 11 years working at Epicor I provided clients with excellent customer service as well as developing custom reporting and business intelligence tools to assist with their business needs. My role also involved teaching these tools at a beginner and advanced level.
My current focus is to continue assisting clients with business intelligence and reporting needs as well as assisting with training and business processes within their organization.
